Meet rose HALE
With an education and career in marketing and operations for nano-science startups, Rose is sincerely passionate about datasets and strategic, analysis-based marketing and operations optimization. That’s a long way of saying, she sincerely loves helping make sure what we do works for you. Influenced by her real-estate investing husband, Sam, she pivoted careers and co-founded Waypoint Collective, an STR and hospitality management company. Waypoint Collective grew to design and manage properties including a Boutique Hotel, Motel and many vacation rental homes. In 2023 Rose and Sam sold Waypoint Collective. In short, Rose is an experienced hotelier, marketing strategist and data analyst with a deep care for brand integrity and regenerative hospitality.
meet BRITT HALE
After starting and owning a successful floral design studio and then vintage shop. Britt pivoted into the world of social media marketing for other businesses in 2018. In her work with a diverse array of businesses from photographers to tea makers, Britt sets herself apart with her inventive creativity, thoughtful strategy and deep authenticity. Her work and clients have included Apartment Therapy, Schoolhouse, Piccalio, Clevr Blends, Tjin Eyewear, back beat co., Timber Stilts Treehouse — PNW Rental Cabin, and Grove Cottage Seabrook.
